Denise is a proven human resources executive professional with over 32 years experience supporting business at a local, national and global level in Fortune 500 companies. She has had multiple leadership roles supporting senior management, C-Suite executives as well as Board of Directors and multiple projects.

Dave’s career has spanned 35 years working in multiple areas of the business at one of Canada’s largest energy companies, including manufacturing, supply and logistics, project management, strategic planning, and financial and business analysis, with most of the roles being in a leadership capacity.
Prior to January 2024 Dave was the Vice President of Investor Relations at a large market capital Canadian energy company for seven years. During his tenure as Vice President, he led a team of IR professionals in transforming the company’s investor relations program to become one of the most respected as viewed by various stakeholders, including the key capital market partners such as investors and analysts. In this role he played a key consultive role to senior management, providing market feedback and offering feedback on market perspective as part of the decision-making process. Dave’s experiences have also included expatriate assignments, providing him the opportunity to lead cross functional teams spanning multiple jurisdictions and countries.
In addition to his work experience, Dave is also active in the not-for-profit sector, spending several years as a board member and board chair of a local not-for-profit, and is currently on the board of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (Alberta).

Rick is a civil engineer with over 30 years of heavy industrial operations, maintenance, project and construction management experience.
Rick’s expertise in procurement has built exceptional skills in contract development and facility engineering, allowing him to support operations, facility modifications, turnarounds and sustaining capital projects.
Rick’s entrepreneurial nature saw him run his own consulting firm that specialized in the development of ‘strategic alliance’, performance-based relationships for major owner companies, and later led to experience in managing a technical services team. Rick’s roles in Canada and for U.S. companies have allowed him to build further capacity in estimating, planning, project controls, quality management, materials management, & performance measurement functions.
Rick’s leadership skills have shone during his career through successively senior roles in maintenance, and small capital projects. His leadership included being the project manager for a Construction Integrated Systems (CIS) initiative, which included the integration of four cornerstone systems for a large Canadian industrial company.
Rick has overseen the development of a Project Management Office (PMO), where he was responsible for the integration of processes, procedures and tools, within a project execution management program, tailored to fit various project types and complexity.
